Job Overview

As part of the Native team, you will enable, support and train local advertiser and publisher teams in Campaign Management but also interact, on request of the local teams, directly with customers and publishers.

You are expected to build strong relationships with the local advertiser and publisher account management teams, making yourself known as point of contact for all campaign related requests. You are passionate about the Native Awareness offering and determined to help local teams to launch new campaigns in their markets. You have a good product and analytical understanding. You are or will become an expert of the tools and products required and able to instruct and train others on them. Since the Native team is small and works cross-functionally, you will build up a good understanding of the organisation and processes in order to find appropriate solutions for new tasks and upcoming problems.

The role will ideally be based Ljubljana working closely with the Zemanta customer success management and product teams.

Job description:

Campaign Management

  • Advises and helps local Campaign Manager on setting up awareness campaigns and monitors the success of these

  • Go-to- point for campaign questions, optimizations & reportings

  • Participating in the Go-to-markets & provides campaign feedback

  • Operates Zemanta DSP

  • Creative studio: works together with the local teams to create new ad experiences

  • Works with product on integration guidelines

  • Housekeeping: Updates Campaign Galleries, Screenshots, etc.

Native Ad Server (NAS) Support:

  • Supports local teams with existing ad server clients

  • Runs Native Ad Server demos for new prospects

  • Coordinates onboarding of new Ad Server clients

  • Creates measures to encourage tool usage together

We are looking for evidence of:

  • At least 2-3 years experience within the digital industry

  • Strong understanding of campaign KPI’s and analytical tools

  • Analytical ability to monitor and identify trends in performance metrics and data

  • Experience in managing and optimising campaigns. Ideally, experienced in Agency business.

  • Ideally, experienced in handling DSPs & Ad Servers

  • Service and support oriented

  • Proven ability and desire to interface with internal and external clients both remotely and face to face to provide timely, consistent and accurate support but also to run dashboard demos

  • Ability to proactively influence and work with high profile clients independently and within a team environment
