Job Overview

Outbrain is looking for an experienced, dynamic, results-driven marketer to lead an amazing team of Growth Marketers at Outbrain. Reporting directly to the CMO, in this role you will be responsible for designing, executing and reporting on growth marketing initiatives that drive lead-gen activity for the Global Marketing team.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly collaborative, and an outstanding communicator with a passion for driving performance and outcomes. You’re data-driven and want to share your passion for data analysis and campaign optimization. You’ll have proven experience with and a passion for leadership - overseeing a team of marketers to deliver against goals.

You take a creative approach to challenges and initiatives - jumping into any marketing activity where there is a need for growth. You don’t settle for “good enough” in anything you do, whether you’re optimizing our acquisition channels or maximizing the website to drive SEO, you’re someone who is always looking for the next challenge.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Performance Marketing, Paid media, SEO, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation activities
  • Oversee the growth strategy and budget, partnering with sales leadership to ensure lead funnel programs and spending align with business goals

  • Maintain Lead pipeline and Marketing sales relationships

  • Define and launch a lead nurture strategy involving Accounts Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Define team KPIs, goals, and reporting, ensuring performance is effectively communicated upwards and outwards to all necessary stakeholders

  • Constantly ideate, test and scale new growth channels and strategies

  • Support, coach and nurture the growth marketing team

  • Collaborate closely with the leaders of the Global/Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, and Design teams to execute your strategy

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Large-scale campaign management experience
  • Proven B2B lead gen tactics & Marketing Automation experience - an advantage
  • Proven Analytics and BI expertise - an advantage
  • ABM Experience - an advantage
  • Working knowledge of global privacy regulation e.g. GDPR
  • Product Led Growth experience - an advantage
  • People management experience – at least 7 employees
  • English – must be highly proficient
