Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager who has Salesforce Administration expertise. You will perform a number of duties including providing general application support, serving as an important team member on a variety of different projects, and serving as an internal consultant to help optimize business processes that leverage the firm's business technologies. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Enterprise Applications.Requirements:

  • Partner with your business customers to understand their current and future process and system needs
  • Provide advice and alternatives to your business partners for proposed process and system changes
  • Elicit requirements and develop specifications and user stories for maintenance items, enhancements, and project-related needs
  • Serve as a liaison between internal business customers, vendors, and the Technology Team
  • Assist with business case development and estimation for projects and other business initiatives
  • Manage configuration of the applications you support
  • Provide Project Management for small to mid-sized projects
  • Provide support for application-related issues
  • Develop and maintain application road maps for your assigned applications
  • Coordinate application testing to ensure system changes are ready for production use
  • Develop and maintain documentation for your assigned applications
  • Work as a member of an Agile team
  • Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or other Science field
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Technology Business Analyst and knowledge of best practices and methods
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting and resolving requests for report generation, workflow creation and system issues.
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile frameworks and their associated deliverables
  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting native and custom integrations with ERP, CRM or similar business applications
  • Proficiency with data analysis compiling reports.
  • Proficiency with process diagramming, data mapping and project management tools
