The Role Objectives:

The Managing Partner (Growth) plays a critical role in the long-term future of Finecast.

Reporting to the UK Managing Director, the role designed to work across departments with a focus on short-, medium- and long-term strategic initiatives, client development, sales and marketing to drive growth.

Successful implementation will ensure Finecast is positioned as THE market leading addressable TV solution to our customers and YOY revenue growth.

Primarily this role will focus on:

  • Delivering against annual core commercial objectives
  • Developing and executing a strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth across “key clients”
  • Lead and grow UK demand strategies that diversify Finecast revenue streams (Non-GroupM)
  • Oversight of brand marketing and PR/comms strategy and related activities
  • Future-proof positioning, and effective brand/product story-telling

The Role Responsibilities:

With a deep understanding of Finecast’s products, focus on the development and conversion of high value opportunities presenting Finecast with a platform for real, sustainable growth.

The primary responsibilities of the role will be:

  • Successfully take new product propositions to market contributing and supporting the revenue growth across our business in 2021 and beyond
  • Successfully deliver navigational aids that will help enhance Finecast clients understanding and better inform media investment decisions
  • Develop sustainable revenue growth across key clients
  • Build and scale a commercially and operationally effective Non-GroupM business.
  • Ensure a commercially effective brand marketing function
  • Lead a high performing, senior team and ensure they have clear career progression plans
  • Represent Finecast externally and internally (locally and globally)

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have deep and extensive hands-on experience in sales and business development.

You will be able to collaborate well internally and externally to drive projects to completion, communicate effectively to articulate ideas and vision, and manage multiple stakeholders in complex projects.

  • Expertise in Advertising / Marketing and knowledge of the fundamentals of TV Advertising
  • TV/digital media experience, preferably with sales, agency and relevant ad tech experience
  • Strong background in commercial & client-facing roles
