Job Overview

You will have the opportunity to work with three of the most important teams at DV, customer success, client analytics, and programmatic analytics teams. You will learn to facilitate campaign setup tasks and access measurement data to provide deep insights to DV clients.

We are seeking an intern who is an analytical thinker interested in learning more about client management, the ad tech ecosystem and enjoys getting lost in the weeds of data analysis. This role is a 6 month, full-time internship, that runs from April 1st - September 30th.

As an intern, you will be embedded in the customer success team, gaining exposure to all aspects of what it’s like to work at an ad tech company.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing aspects of internal reporting, setting up campaigns through Salesforce.com, and billing.
  • Creating short presentations and present your findings in smaller groups for iterative feedback.
  • Developing an understanding of key business products and processes to facilitate client conversations with other cross-functional teams.
  • Liaising with clients and partners on all incoming case requests while ensuring accuracy of internal campaign setup.
  • Analyzing measurement data across direct, programmatic and social platforms to identify performance trends, opportunities and recurring issues across clients/partners.
  • Synthesizing information tailored to each party to communicate with an internal or external audience effectively.
  • Playing a key role in driving business success by working lockstep with Account Managers to best service accounts.

Who you are

  • Self-starter and self-motivated individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized with a rigorous attention to detail and a positive “can-do” approach.
  • A rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree (computer science, math, or related field),
  • Some understanding of the online media marketplace is a plus and Interested in learning more about digital advertising and the ad tech industry.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Someone who likes to transform numbers into actionable insights (or is interested in gaining the opportunity to do so).
  • Passion and desire to play a key role in driving a new business to success in the advertising technology space.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management including senior executive level.
  • Creative problem-solver.
  • Likes to meet new people and have fun!
