About the role:

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing Financial Analytics team. This position reports to the Senior Director of Financial Analytics, and will work closely with the rest of the Finance team as well as with various other teams across the company. We are looking for a self-starter who possesses strong analytical skills and communicates findings articulately to a wide variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who is able to analyze large datasets, be proactive and enthusiastic as they dig into the data and trends, have a desire to understand the business, as well as show initiative by identifying and solving problems.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide support with revenue forecasting and analysis; playing a key role in budgets, forecasts, and other ad-hoc analysis
• Own parts of forecast model preparation, maintenance, and analysis
• Prepare materials for financial review meetings, highlighting variances to forecasts and using insights to drive forecasting improvements and operating decisions
• Partner with Sales Operations and Business Intelligence teams to enrich Salesforce and Tableau dashboards
• Collaborate with and support the commercial teams in forecasting and analyzing programmatic revenue trends in multiple systems (Salesforce, TableauCRM, and proprietary software systems)
• Build and analyze dashboards in excel and data visualization tools
• Strive to improve processes, reporting and procedures, and take on other duties as needed to assist the team

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other quantitative field
• 2+ years of related work experience in a FP&A or other related quantitative role
• Possess the ability to complete projects with autonomy
• Have the ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and presentation skills
• Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and Tableau are a plus
• Experience in digital advertising and technology companies preferred
• Knowledge of programmatic environments, SSPs/DSPs, and how digital media is transacted is a plus
