Job Overview

With strong business growth experienced in 2021, Adform’s UK office is looking for its next Sales Development Specialist. Joining the team at an exciting time and with our continued trajectory you will play an integral role in helping to raise the profile of Adform with future clients and contributing to sales effort and our new business wins.
Primarily responsible for opening sales opportunities and business development, mostly qualifying inbound opportunities and passing onto the sales team, conducting outbound prospecting activity, and helping co-ordinate and attend marketing events for lead generation purposes.
As a secondary role, closing smaller qualified opportunities within the pipeline (running sales cycle with support from the senior team). Make sure that they get the best customer experience and promote Adform as the best Ad tech company.

General Responsibilities

  • Work with the Sales Director to identify target lists of prospect accounts, key decision makers within the accounts and a coordinated outreach strategy
  • Drive new pipeline within the assigned region(s) by searching and identifying new business development opportunities of large and strategic Clients
  • Qualify inbound leads before passing into the Sales team.
  • Deliver pipeline growth KPIs quarterly and annually through personal effort and with team members
  • Manage and develop relationships with new and existing Clients. Work with Clients in structured way, follow-up calls/meetings to ensure good relationship and their understanding of Adform products
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, events, Clients prospects and act as an evangelist of Adform products in the market. Attend events, act as Adform ambassador and follow up sales leads gained from events.
  • Support and share knowledge with other team members to reach business goals and revenue objectives. Work with relevant team members (Sales and Services) to assure the best Client experience
  • Improve the sales processes to achieve efficiency and better quality to maximize the revenue
  • Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s)
  • Your Stakeholders: Sales, Marketing, Country Managers, Future clients.

What we expect of you

  • Have a demonstrable record of accomplishment of exceeding targets set or quota set in an equivalent SAAS company, preferrable advertising tech or marketing tech organisation.
  • Accurate planning and forecasting skills to ensure analysis of opportunities and how you expect you will be able to achieve quota.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills, good at building relationship & client-oriented attitude
  • Proactive Self-starter and able to work collaborative with different teams to achieve outcomes

  • Solid experience of Sales Development tools like Linked in Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Reach Desk.
