Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic Marketing Manager, who can lead the marketing strategy and execution for our US market. The role reports into the European based Headquarters in Copenhagen, and this role will report directly into the SVP, Marketing. This individual will work very closely with the Regional President, Americas and the Americas' Leadership team in developing these strategies. Adform is a fast-growing company within AdTech and we are looking for a person to help us tell the “why Adform” story through all aspects of the product, marketing and sales channels. Working closely with the global marketing team to enable the US sales team to tell a compelling story and activate our brand across multiple marketing efforts such as digital lead campaigns, events, and PR. The Marketing Manager is a key hire at Adform that can have a major impact on our business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver audience targeted and market segmented campaigns and programs into the region
  • Develop content strategies to drive market share, sales, and expansion in the region – including tactics such as live and online events, direct mail, email, web, advertising, and sales support materials
  • Measure marketing activity effectiveness, report on marketing metrics, balance budget, and optimize resources to deliver maximum return on investment whilst meeting regional booking and pipeline goals
  • Understand the global campaign roadmap and local market needs to determine which elements should be deployed in-region and which new materials need to be created
  • Set, drive, and align field marketing priorities with local US sales team
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team based in Copenhagen


What We Expect from You:

  • Prior Adtech experience and a deep understanding of the digital advertising eco-system
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or a related technical field
  • 5+ years’ experience with marketing or product marketing in B2B market
  • Exceptional communication & presentation skills. Verbally articulate and skilled in storytelling
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing products, competitors, and market dynamics
  • Ability to lead and drive marketing for an entire region
  • Ability to work independently and as a key member of multiple teams
  • Ability to build relationships with industry influencers and clients

  • Must be a team player with the ability to work with a variety of people from different cultural and professional backgrounds


It would be an advantage if you:

  • Have a strong understanding of the digital/programmatic landscape
  • Have experience in Adtech marketing
  • Have an understanding of marketing automation systems and services like Salesforce
