Your primary role will be as the tester assigned to a Product Development team, where you will be the SME for all things QA/Test. We are striving for a shift left approach to testing, and this means being involved early with product specifications, helping create acceptance criteria, collaborating on test automation, understanding non-functional requirements, and being skilled in exploratory testing techniques.
The ability to work well with colleagues outside of your immediate team is essential. Responsibilities will include creating test and product related documentation, liaising with stakeholders, collaborating with the wider QA team on best practices, while continuously striving to improve quality in everything you do.

Like most tech businesses, we have recently been fully remote, but are now starting to return to the office. In the future we will take the best bits of remote working but also foster face to face collaboration, with the intention that all employees will be in the office at least twice per week. Of course, if you prefer to be office based, you will be able to work there full time.
