We are on a mission to help people discover the most interesting content online while giving brands the ability to reach a large and highly engaged audience to accelerate their business. Using data personalization, Outbrain recommends content across many of the biggest media sites, giving them a genuine revenue alternative to social platforms.

You will work with a small, focused and already successful team as we grow our India Region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with your team and management to achieve revenue targets, as well as to identify emerging trends in the marketplace.
  • Drive revenue growth by continuously prospecting, closing and scaling advertisers in the sales pipeline.
  • A consultative dealmaker with the ability to manage brands, media agency accounts, and affiliates.
  • Manage a growing pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked
  • Delivering insights and strategy for clients to truly understand the value of Outbrain campaigns
  • Delivering sales presentations to all levels of brand and agency buyers
  • Raising awareness and building Outbrain’s profile with the media agencies and direct brands
  • A great communicator who can respond quickly in a fast-moving environment

Key skills and qualifications you will require are:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, although a Master’s degree will be an added bonus.
  • 7+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in digital media sales and/or ad-tech sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to present ideas/concepts effectively.
  • Strong analysis and synthesis capacities, including excellent comprehension
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising space, media and Ad-tech
  • A motivation to participate in the Outbrain adventure!
  • Ability to navigate, communicate and manage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and other productivity-related tools will be a bonus!
