What you will be doing

  • Prepare and handle onboarding and offboarding matters, maintain employment contracts and Bamboo updates etc;
  • Maintain and update employee’s personal files and ensure the confidentiality of all HR documents;
  • Responsible for Payroll Handling and/or Leave Management internally or with external vendors, take charge of staff benefits such as company medical insurance and leave & claims related matters;
  • Insurance renewal administration. Monitor corporate insurance including liaise Insurance brokers on policy renewal, medical and hospitalisation claims;
  • Take charge of work passes application, renewal and cancellation, handle MOM matters and other requirements by the government such as Safe Management Measures. Be the safety officer of the company to implement and coordinate the Safe Measures;
  • To bridge relationships between management and employees, coordinate with group HR team from the UK or other region for staff welfare and other regular/adhoc company activities;
  • Responsible for handling of all office reception and administration duties including managing office supplies such as stationery, pantry, and office maintenance;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned;
  • Duties covers for APAC (Singapore , Australia, Hong Kong).

Experience / Background

  • Diploma holders in Human Resources or related discipline;
  • At least 2 to 3 years of HR experience;
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards regulations.
