Senior Engineering Manager - Audience

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Audience Engineering squad. This individual will work closely with Product, DevOps, and other Engineering teams to provide world-class service to VideoAmp customers. We are seeking a candidate with proven leadership skills, a strong sense of urgency, experience with critical service operations, and the ability to problem-solve in high-volume, production environments. The successful candidate is a fast-moving, passionate, humble, and result-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Manage and Grow a team of engineers within the team
• Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, delivery, and success of technical projects
• Influence product roadmap functionality based on market-driven requirements and customer problems
• Develop a deep understanding of our VideoAmp’s various operational systems and datasets
• Capable of embodying the team’s cultural values which include: clear communication, balancing speed with maintainability, curiosity, efficiency, and wellness
• Track and communicate the progress of projects and team health to internal stakeholders and the leadership team
• Have expertise in SQL
• Experience in at least 1 or more cloud data warehouse house systems - snowflake, redshift, Vertica, or similar
• Experience in at least 1 or more programming languages - NodeJs, Scala, Python, Golang, or similar
