The role objectives
The Managing Partner, Capabilities is a new member of the senior leadership team at Finecast UK, and will oversee the key functions of product, operations, and business development to ensure that Finecast continues to lead the industry in Addressable TV capabilities and performance.
Reporting to the MD, this role will lead and manage the departments of Product, Data & Analytics, Operations, and Business Development, a growing organisation of 40+ addressable TV experts.
Primarily this role will focus on:
Strategic development planning and execution
Identify, evaluating and delivering strategic partnership opportunities across the advanced TV and video ecosystem that add value to both the current and future Finecast proposition in the UK.
Optimisation of our trading partnerships, providing our clients a competitive advantage through superior products, performance, and pricing.
Work closely with Sales and Client Services on developing compelling client solutions to support their growth and transformation.
Realistic and innovative product roadmap delivery
Be responsible for the evolving capabilities that Finecast delivers to our agencies, advertisers and partners, via an innovative and ambitious roadmap that is rooted in a deep understanding of what advertisers want and need from the new addressable marketplace. Then to build, iterate, and adapt, always anchoring ambitions in reality with regards to time, resource and dependencies.
Exceptional campaign performance, insights and client satisfaction
Ensuring the Operations team are set up for success, and work to the highest standards of campaign management and optimisation, forecasting, reporting and insights.
Advertising systems and technology
Ownership of technology strategy, assessment and evaluation, partner relationship, and delivery including DSPs and SSPs, also planning, workflow and reporting systems.
Effective partner negotiation from a capabilities perspective
Own and lead the scoping, prioritisation and negotiation of Finecast’s requirements from our partners (media, tech, data, and more), effectively conveying the value of such requirements to inform and align with commercial negotiations.
People and team development
Lead, manage, support, develop and motivate the teams in your organisation to better fulfil the business requirements, actively train, and improve staff knowledge and experience.
Direct reports include the Head of Operations, the Head of Product Data and Analytics (PDA) and the Business Development Director
