What you'll do:

  • Have a good understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO
  • Develop, implement and manage our strategy across platforms LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram via Sprout Social
  • Handle all content including planning, writing, scheduling, and posting
  • Handle all on-page content scheduling and posting
  • Author and develop a consistent stream of fresh, clever, and creative content that engages and educates our communities, build meaningful connections, and encourage community members to interact and take action
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Partner with the events team to amplify our efforts, engage event-specific communities and drive attendance and booth traffic and community-building
  • Own employee advocacy social sharing via Bambu
  • Develop an intimate understanding and relationship with industry influencers for two-way social media engagement
  • Partner with Demand Gen team to ensure cohesive campaign and brand messaging across organic and paid channels
  • Partner with our Human Experience team to strengthen our recruitment brand, highlight our culture and attract talent
  • Prepare creative briefs and work closely with designers, video artists, and other social media managers to drive visually and strategically elevated content
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to initiate, produce, and measure the success of social campaigns
  • Remain current with new technologies, social media best practices, and trends
  • Use tracking tools and continuously improve our content by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, for ourselves and for the competition, and refine accordingly

Who you are:

  • An energetic, outgoing, content creator who is excited by working with people, engaging with new communities and mastering new technologies
  • 3 + years B2B social media experience with brand and traffic building focus
  • 3 + years social content development or content strategist role including client-facing experience, preferably with cybersecurity or adtech
  • A keen understanding of web interaction design, best practices in user experience, and best practices in content optimization within web
  • Strong knowledge of social media principles and an understanding of how corporate and user generated content works together
  • Comfort representing new disciplines in social media environments; a strong understanding of advertising or social media/ PR agency experience
  • Competency in brand and product engagement, e-commerce, web self-service, customer loyalty and cross sell technologies
  • External communications or journalism skills
  • Intermediate skills in Excel , Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Sprout Social
  • Working knowledge Adobe Premiere, Photoshop or Apple Final Cut Pro
