The role Objectives:

The Campaign Manager plays a key role in the Operations Team, being primarily responsible for the end-to-end management of all campaigns across Finecast UK and delivering against revenue and business goals.

Reporting into Associate Director or Senior Campaign Manager, they are responsible for a subset of campaign revenue.

  • Successful end-to-end campaign management of specified advertiser campaigns across Finecast UK
  • Support Client Services and Engagement teams to fulfil agency KPI’s
  • Coordinate with senior members of the team to ensure Finecast have the correct supply volumes to deliver out campaigns considering targeting, margin and quality
  • Ensure flexibility, expertise, best in class operational services, to enable continued development and success of the team and the wider organisation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in multiple DSPs, exposure to SSPs beneficial
  • Good understanding of video advertising, ad targeting and optimisation through DSPs as well as related metrics
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, an ability to become proficient in the use of key business systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - can translate technical detail into a simple summary
  • A self-starter who’s not afraid to ask for help or volunteer new ideas
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients, tasks and responsibilities concurrently
  • Highly organised, strong time-management and prioritisation skills
  • Solution driven focus, and the ability to work under time pressure.
  • Able to manage expectations, work to a fast pace, and develop strong relationships with colleagues.
