Position Overview:
The Senior Account Manager owns the client-facing relationship for Amobee’s strategic broadcaster accounts, and ensures superior client service. This role will report into the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, EMEA, while having close affiliation with the global supply-side business unit and Client Services organisation.

The primary objective of this role is to maximise client retention and satisfaction, and is expected to have a deep understanding of the products and technologies that are being leveraged and built for their clients. To be successful, this employee must first and foremost have an unwavering commitment to deliver on client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the service of strategic accounts, documenting and communicate obligations of those accounts effectively to internal stakeholders and teams;
  • Collaborative and positive approach, always willing to partner with team members and global colleagues along with providing high level client service;
  • Serve as the main point of contact on all client-related items, raise issues to Senior Director as needed;
  • Coordinate and lead client governance meetings, in conjunction with Engagement Management and Senior Director.
  • Proactive at identifying client training and product needs; work with internal and external stakeholders to devise and provide solutions;
  • Working with the Senior Director and Finance, track platform throughput and profitability; develop and execute action plans to increase both (where relevant for broadcaster deal terms).
  • Requirements:

  • 4 – 6 years’ experience in Digital Media, experience with ad tech, or broadcasters preferred
  • Knowledge of the digital ecosystem/landscape and understanding of industry trends
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large and complex accounts with multiple points of contact
  • Excellent critical thinking and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills and a good team player
  • Self-motivated to dig in to learn about products, technology, customers, and competitors.
  • Process-oriented with strict attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks in high- pressure situations
  • Outstanding computer skills including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, G-Suite, brand verification partners, brand safety partners, and ad servers
  • Desirable:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Hands on keys experience trading on DSPs and Social platforms
  • Experience working with agencies or direct clients
