Job Overview

This sales position is part of Asia’s Brand Intelligence Team that uses award-winning Brand Intelligence platform to provide valuable insights used for strategy, management advisory, planning and situation monitoring by many of our senior executive clients. The Brand Intelligence Manager (Sales) collaborates and works closely with senior-level clients to understand the specific business needs and strategy in order to deliver relevant business insights, present them in market, and actively takes part in senior-executive business development activities to foster growth and strategic advancement. You will do all of this in a collaborative and warm team environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and
rewards innovation.

The ideal candidate for this position is a sales hunter experienced in selling into Enterprises and Government sectors, familiar with complex sales cycle and deal making, analytically strong with the ability to interpret insights, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • The role is designed to deliver compelling fact-based market understanding and deep insights to drive a compelling strategy or problem-solving solution for our clients, many of whom are often senior executive leaders in their respective organizations.
  • As a successful candidate, you are able to maintain a robust sales pipeline including driving new business through prospecting and professional industry network, as well as expanding business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Demonstrated experience in generating leads and closing new business deals, proven track record in building excellent client relationships and offering value added, insightful and strategic vision into their businesses.
  • Book of Business from your current industry and client networks would be an added advantage
  • Lead and drive client meetings, including insights discussion, reports delivery, Brand Intelligence platform demos and ongoing client account management.
  • Ability to portray confidence and gravitas in front of an audience of senior level client executives.
  • Develop and implement insights-driven frameworks and models that can be leveraged across a wide variety of client use cases for insights efficiency
  • Identify strategic insights stop-gaps, best-fit methodology, and serve up insights proposals to senior executive clients
  • Effective personal and team resource management leading to on-time delivery and meeting client quality expectations
  • Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a hunter role that is directly in the B2B and Government sales space
  • Proven track record in B2B and consultative selling across different verticals
  • A sales hunter with strong business acumen and desire to win
  • Possess good negotiation skills and the ability to build long term relationship with clients
  • Effective influencer and negotiator at the most senior levels of client management
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, prior experience in a role that deals with data and insights is preferred
  • Highly skilled in data storytelling with strong communication and presentation skills that leads to conversion
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Result oriented and always hungry for business
  • Proven to build up sales order books with tenacity and consistency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work with wide range of people at all decision-levels
  • Accountability and sense of ownership to ensure customer success
