Job Overview

The Client Success Executive role is a part of the Client Success team, working alongside experienced marketing professionals, based in our London office. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of digital campaigns across a portfolio of clients, with a keen focus on agencies and clients within the German market.

You will be a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and the client in relation to all operations queries and build strong relationships across our internal teams, the client and publisher partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute, monitor, and optimise advertising campaigns using the Amobee Marketing Platform, including campaign setup, trafficking, and reporting
  • Make recommendations to improve campaign performance to client goals, through analytics and a deep understanding of the available levers
  • Provide accurate reporting, campaign pacing & delivery insights, and present with confidence when required
  • Validate campaign adjustments & work to minimize billing discrepancies
  • Become an expert in tracking and reporting platforms, collating data for client reports
  • Work closely with the team to increase scale & performance across campaign activity
  • Advise & make recommendations for past & future campaigns
  • Support with media strategy; planning, forecasting and the curation of brief responses
  • Effectively communicate client challenges and seek support from the wider team where necessary
  • Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions based on data
  • Ability to investigate, analyse & solve problems, and clearly communicate results
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and manipulation of large data sets
  • An effective communicator verbally and in writing
  • Organised, flexible, strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage projects, budgets, and multiple deadlines
  • A willingness to learn & thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to excellence
  • High degree of numeracy
  • BA/BSc, or graduate degree preferred with a strong academic record
  • Fluent in German
  • Desirable:

  • Knowledge of basic ad campaign terms (CPM, CTR, CPC, etc.)
  • Experienced in setting up advertising campaigns, ideally programmatic or social
  • Experience optimising advertiser campaigns based on campaign objectives and goals
