Job Overview
The Corporate Counsel is responsible for legal coverage for Amobee’s online advertising and technology products and related company initiatives. Position includes reviewing, advising on and negotiating contracts for Amobee’s sales, business, product, engineering teams. The role includes maintaining the company’s compliance with privacy laws and other laws applicable in the U.S. and globally, as well as self-regulatory codes of conduct for the online advertising industry. Additional tasks include advising on intellectual property agreements for business units around the world, corporate governance and compliance for legal entities worldwide, acquisition agreements and due diligence in connection therewith. Responsibility for public company reporting, as applicable.
