DATA OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Flashtalking’s Analytics team is seeking to hire a talented Data Operations Admin to play a critical role in the ongoing development and scaling of our industry-leading analytics platform. We help global advertisers measure and optimize digital media campaigns through innovative data products, algorithmic attribution and advanced analytics. We are seeking a talented, results-oriented person who wants to be on the forefront of ad-tech in a dynamic, entrepreneurial group.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS 

Oversee data operations related to analytics and reporting processes

Troubleshoot/ propose solutions to data and processing issues as they arise

Maintain and expand upon the existing infrastructure

Support and improve existing product features

Design and build new features in our analytics engine and reporting platform

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in a Linux environment

Familiarity with SQL (MySQL, SQLServer, Oracle, etc)

Some Experience with R/Python for analytics

Referenceable track record in being part of a successful development team

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Aptitude and passion for learning new concepts and technologies

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

Working with large data sets 1TB+

Setting up automation on AWS

Working with statistical models
