The company has multiple patents, protecting its invention of the ‘non-movement of data.’ InfoSum is based in the US, UK, and Central Europe, with offices across Europe and North America. The company is poised for continued growth following a Series B investment in August 2021, and a rapidly expanding client base.

InfoSum is growing at an incredible pace and to capitalize on both outbound and inbound opportunities we’re looking for a Sales Development Manager who can lead the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of a new sales development team.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage a team of SDRs, coaching and mentoring those individuals to achieve, and overachieve, on targets
  • Prospect target accounts identified as part of InfoSum’s account-based marketing activity, gaining a deep understanding of target companies, industries, use cases, finding the key individuals in the decision-making process, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams on way to engage these accounts
  • Qualify all inbound inquiries, conduct the initial presentation of InfoSum, and generate interest to pass on to the Sales team
  • Understand the InfoSum pitch and communicate it effectively to senior executives at target companies, all while shaping the message to fit the needs of the buyer you’re engaging with
  • Leverage best practice sequences of outreach to prospects, utilizing a variety of channels including email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Be part of a collaborative task force with sales and marketing - working with sales to setup up meetings and introduction to qualified leads to sales - working with marketing to drive attendance and meetings at key industry events and managing all follow-up
  • Track all activities, conversations, and insights in our CRM tool
  • Know your metrics insight-and-out, ensuring you achieve monthly and quarterly quotas

Requirements

  • 2+ years sales development experience in a SaaS business
  • Prior experience growing and managing an SDR team
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
