MiQ is looking for a global Senior Product Manager to own a growing Product line within our Programmatic solutions suite. Reporting into the Global Product Lead, the Senior Product Manager will define and own the product vision and strategy around MiQ’s authenticated identity solutions.
The successful candidate will be empowered to work with external vendors, clients, commercial stakeholders and MiQ Platform Development teams to ensure MiQ’s Programmatic media solutions and technology are built to use the leading future proofed industry identity solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring MiQ’s business is leveraging the leading authenticated identity frameworks and solutions to fuel growth and secure long term feasibility of all MiQ product lines and technology.
In the role you will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following:
Deliver on our Roadmap
An expert with agile practices and the end-to-end design, develop, deploy cycle of product management, lead the scoping, planning, and prototyping of our authenticated identity roadmap.
Gather data about usage, adoption of features, helps put together product metrics and business metrics reporting
Lead the process of scaling features with Solutions/Platforms beyond POC stage
Strategy & Vision
Drive the shape of the authenticated identity product vision, through a strong understanding of upcoming marketplace changes, and collaborating with the Global Product Lead.
Breakdown annual OKRs to quarterly roadmap plans, prioritise backlog and create quarterly roadmaps for their product areas.
Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills across range of stakeholders, departments, partners and stakeholders
Drives tasks and discussions to effective conclusions and has a significant bias for action
Can effectively get traction at scale from stakeholders and end users on testing & adopting new features
Lead & Guide
Help the squad understand their product objectives, with a focus on team learning and inspiring them towards delivering their roadmap
Lead in discussions and healthy debate with the Product & Tech teams, as well as stakeholders, around product opportunities and challenges
Opportunity to build a team of APMs & PMs
Leans into emerging identity frameworks and industry trends - recommending how these can be leveraged as part of multiple product lines at MiQ
Consistently showcases multiple thought out ways of solving the problem
Drives POCs within team or in collaboration with other squads
Can translate ideas into action
