Job Overview

The role will be part of the global marketing team and report into the VP, Digital, Strategy & Operations - Global Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role you will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Delivery
    • Lead a global team of Internal communications specialists.
    • Create engaging internal initiatives to inspire, engage and connect our people and activate across multiple channels
    • Build a global internal communications strategy to support our people proposition and values
    • Work cross functionally with department leaders to develop communication plans based on business requirements
    • Work with our brand creative and content teams to develop engaging content across different formats and channels.
    • Ensure operational excellence by creating and rolling out processes to streamline internal communications
    • Bringing fresh and exciting ideas to engage a wide audience
    • Accomplishing tasks on time and to a high quality, managing different deadlines and priorities
  • Project Management
    • Staying focused and contributing to projects. Organizing stakeholders and multiple milestones
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Be a trusted partner to our leadership teams in all our markets.
    • Working with internal stakeholders, building relationships and working across differences to find solutions
  • Communication
    • Crisp and clear communication to external partners/clients or internal stakeholders; flexing communication style to persuade others and influence positive outcomes
  • Innovation
    • Acting with curiosity. Finds new and better ways of working, then applies or implements solutions to unarticulated needs, new or existing market requirements. Open to receiving and trying new ideas, processes or ways of working.

SKILLS

  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Strong speaking skills as you are likely to be called on to give presentations to staff.
  • Good relationship-building skills and the confidence to liaise with senior leaders.
  • Creative skills for compelling and engaging communication methods

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years’ experience
  • Alignment with MiQ's core values
  • A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm
  • A dream to grow your career as the company scales
