The position will entail driving growth of revenues and regional expansion, while continuing to help us shape and develop world class talent within an award winning, motivated and successful global commercial team. We are looking for a connected candidate that can join our existing Singapore sales team, selling to SEA based media agencies and clients. As part of the role, you will be engaging with all major agency groups as well as independent agencies to build trusted media partnerships and develop technology based relationships.


Your main responsibilities will include:

Delivering Numbers

  • Actively scan the horizon for opportunities; understand current and next month’s plans
  • Accurately forecast and pace to deliver revenue
  • Consistently achieve group and personal sales targets
  • Interpret and analyse statistical data to maximise selling opportunities, monitor competitive activity and provide regular progress reports to the Executive Team
  • Liaise and work closely with other departments to establish the best business practice to maximise commercial revenue

Planning & Organising

  • Self-sufficient in delivering their plan, drawing in stakeholders when needed
  • Balance short- and long-term wins to maintain an even pace/ growth
  • Plan time with other departments’ availability
  • Develop a strategy for the SEA business in collaboration with senior management

Coach & Develop

  • Team members are clear on what their next steps are and how to get there
  • Set vision with targets for wider team, communicate these on a quarterly and a monthly cadence
  • Ensure team is highly motivated and morale is high

Persuading & Influencing

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Understand and leverage what drives clients to deepen the relationships
  • Build credibility by educating clients on new things, broadening their perspective
  • Develop and maintain relationships with advertising agencies and clients; able to move between work and non-work topics
  • Participate in industry events and conferences

Product Knowledge

  • Broad knowledge of competitor offerings in addition to internal offerings and can position us based on that
  • Able to differentiate our product from the market; shows our value in an easy-to-understand fashion
  • Consistently articulate product position strategies and key selling messages
  • Spot opportunities in the market and is able to make recommendations to product to capitalise on it


  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working within a programmatic media owner at a senior level within a Sales & strategic planning role.
  • Extensive experience working within the digital advertising industry
  • Programmatic/data led solutions experience
  • Experience in building, management, and execution of robust account strategies
  • Proven track record in delivering business winning proposals through client engagement
  • Experience in presenting to middle & senior client personnel
  • Management Experience within a fast-paced team
  • Experience in building narratives, developing into exciting story-telling and clear proposals


  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Professional, focused, and inquisitive attitude, able to challenge internally and externally
  • Storytelling - interpretation of campaign insights to deliver a clear, concise and visual story
  • Cross Selling – driving product adoption across existing key accounts.
  • Building meaningful and sustainable relationships with marketing departments within direct clients
