We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our export performance team. This person will be responsible for managing new and existing Brands & Agencies who use Outbrain’s network for global marketing activities. The Ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, tech savvy, analytical and with strong relationship-management skills.
This position will be in a hybrid model.
Build a strong professional consultative relationship with clients
Serve as product consultant educating clients on Outbrain’s product solutions and best practices
Build & presentations & conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
Identify optimization opportunities to improve performance
Identify growth opportunities using various data tools and up sale against
Carry out kick-off calls and manage onboarding process for new clients
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams such as Product, Operations, BI, Etc.
What you’ll need to be successful
3+ years of digital media, agency, or AdTech experience. Hands-on PPC media buying experience. Experience in performance marketing.
A plus: Past experience buying media on Outbrain or other native platforms. Experience with export / international marketing
An analytical disposition. Comfortable digging through and manipulating data to draw impactful insights for your clients
Outstanding relationship management and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
