• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients
What you will be doing
- Partner with Client Success Executives & support them within every step in the Sales Cycle generating RFPs, creating mocks, compiling campaign screenshots & Reporting and wrapping campaigns.
- Provide insightful Reporting for pre and post sale presentations intended to drive retention and continued account growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer services by providing timely deliverables and managing client expectations, while snowcasing mobile marketing expertise.
- Provide final Reporting, insight, and recommendations inclusive of campaign performance metrics, Advanced Ogury Insight, and 3dr party Studies results.
- Escalate any issues to management as needed.
- Analyze post campaign campaigns.
- CRM Management.
- Follow Up of KPIs.
About you
- Degree in marketing or digital
- Must be able to speak and write in Spanish
- Experience with dealing with clients and developing a positive customer experience.
- Able to work to deadlines and work in a highly efficient manner.
- Handling of the Office Package at user level.
- Good level of English to communicate
- CRM Management experience
- You’re a self-starter, you can clearly demonstrate your abilities to get things done without direct supervision and understand what it means to deliver excellence to clients.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- You’re very well-organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.
