This exciting opportunity is for someone to launch the new Miami sales office for Ogury. They will be responsible for the initial client onboarding, revenue and subsequent growth of the Miami operation, which will serve as our LATAM hub. This role will suit someone who relishes the opportunity to be part of a new launch and take ownership for the growth of a new territory. This person will be excited at the prospect of taking on the challenge that a new market brings and making sure that Ogury’s solution becomes a success in Miami.

What you will be doing:

  • Cross pollinate key accounts (take key clients from other parts of Ogury and sign them in the local territory).
  • Support our internal global brands strategy.
  • Growing revenue by pitching to new clients and negotiating trade deals.
  • Building a new team and filling management gaps by building and training individuals and teams.
  • Onboarding premium local publishers (pitching and attracting key local premium publishers to help the publishing team acquire local inventory).
  • Onboarding clients direct (pitch client direct as well as agencies to close the loop).
  • Own the P&L for the Miami sales office.
  • Raise awareness of Ogury in the local market by client entertainment, marketing, talks and conferences.

About you:

  • Proven track record as a leader who has seen success in building, developing, and managing teams.
  • Experience in navigating preferred partnership deals with agency partners or brands directly.
  • You have a wide range of existing relationships and contacts with top-tier agencies.
  • High degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive.
  • Comfortable working in a start-up team environment and are able to maintain flexibility and grit.
  • Vast experience in the Miami agency market, with experience in both selling to LATAM regional clients as well as local US clients.
