The Key Account Sales Director role will be an integral part of our 2022 growth plan and beyond. In this position, you will be responsible for breaking and/or scaling business from a small set of priority accounts. These books of business were hand-selected by the U.S. leadership team due to the overall size of opportunity, their need for dedicated focus and strong belief in Ogury’s market fit to solve these clients’ business challenges.

In this role, you will help to determine and refine the proper strategy, approach, and execution for these key accounts. You will be responsible for penetrating all levels of the agency AND brand, developing the best approach, working cross-functionally internally to meet their needs and ultimately growing our partnership. Your primary objective is to expand Ogury’s business to these advertisers and grow revenue significantly through the pursuit of meaningful and lasting partnerships.

What You Do:

  • Build awareness and adoption of the company’s mobile offering with these defined key accounts (brands + agencies) through outreach, client presentations, entertaining, conference attendance and direct sales.
  • This role largely includes new business development with the goal of creating longer term enterprise partnerships.
  • Identify and prioritize effort against key decision makers across brands and their key agency partners directly.
  • Handle sales and account team escalations and client escalations as needed.
  • You will serve as a trusted advisor, sharing insights and continuously seeking growth opportunities to deepen client partnerships.
  • You will own the full sales cycle from prospect to close, working with a variety of stakeholders - both internally and externally - along the way.

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 7 years of experience in online advertising technology sales (video / programmatic / mobile).You are located in New York or Chicago and an expert on the territory with an established network of decision makers across agencies and clients.
  • You have existing relationships and contacts with top-tier agencies.A high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive.
  • You have an eagerness to work in a start-up team environment that will be rapidly changing.
  • You have persistence, perseverance, credibility, an ability to form deep relationships and see yourself as part of the solution.
  • You are an educator and business consultant – connecting with clients to maximize their potential and relationship.
