Job Overview

We are looking for a self-motivated Manager that will focus on CPG business and open territories throughout the West Coast, becoming the face of Ogury to external clients. You will use your strategic selling skills to educate prospective agencies and brands on the benefits of Ogury’s products and services, bringing in revenue across our managed service and programmatic platforms. You will serve as a trusted advisor, sharing insights and continuously seeking growth opportunities to deepen client partnerships. You will own the full sales cycle from prospect to close, working with a variety of stakeholders - both internally and externally - along the way.

What you will be doing

  • Represent Ogury in the digital advertising marketplace; elevating awareness and adoption through email/call outreach, client meetings, and sales partnerships
  • This role focuses largely on new business development, owning client relationships from sign-on to continued growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for long-term revenue growth and strategic partnerships with agency and brand stakeholders.
  • Handle sales and account team escalations and client escalations as needed.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue goals

About you

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in digital advertising, mobile technology, CPG brand or Retailer.
  • Knowledge of CPG food, beverage, alcohol or consumer electronics business landscape and/or retailer marketplaces.
  • A high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive to succeed.
  • You have an eagerness and adaptivity to work in a start-up team environment that will be rapidly changing.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of business with grit and integrity.
  • You are an educator and business consultant – connecting with clients to maximize their potential and relationship.
  • Comfortable presenting and owning the sales process, with deep curiosity to the technology.
