Job Overview

Ogury is hiring a Sr Manager, Sales Operations to join our Supply team. The Sales Operations team’s objective is to support the business in four major pillars : Analytics, Strategy, Process, and Performance. As a crucial part of the team, this individual will have the ability to lead the development of many initiatives and help the organization scale efficiently. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Chief Supply Officer (CSO), this role is to help tackle strategic and operational challenges by providing insightful recommendations supported with a data driven approach.

Lead initiatives within the four pillars of success:

  • Analytics – Deep analysis on performance of the business; define, own, and measure supply KPI’s; develop automations to scale within the organization
  • Strategy – Partner with CSO and senior leadership to define supply strategy across global geographies; implement action plans to support demand partners
  • Process – Design, build, and own processes that support our scaling business including pipeline management, MRG tracking, etc
  • Performance – Design, build, and own incentive plans for supply organization

What you will be doing

  • Perform advanced adhoc analyses requiring understanding of multiple areas of the business.
  • Build relationships with commercial leadership and their teams to become a true business partner, driving insights and building strategies.
  • Develop detailed presentations and convey information to senior leadership across multiple functions.
  • Develop, maintain and update systems critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation and commercial team performance metrics.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to end users of our CRM, supporting rollout of new processes and features to local commercial teams.
  • Develop strong project management skills to support our growth and organizational changes.

About you

  • Proven work experience in Sales Operations with increasing responsibilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment and work under tight deadlines to prioritize multiple deliverables and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to take ambiguous or complex scenarios and effectively communicate actionable insights.
  • Experience working with senior leadership, exposure in a global role supporting multiple countries in multiple regions.
  • Highly analytical & highly motivated individual with an impeccable work ethic.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. SQL experience a plus.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
