The Solutions Engineering team at Ogury is an innovative group of technologists who sit at the intersection of Publisher development, success and product teams.

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer based in NYC to support the exponential growth of our mobile web business. This is a highly visible position for someone who wants to have an impact within our US team that will grow by 300% in 2022.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be communicating with prospects and clients and performing customer implementations for all major products. In particular, you will help drive technical discussions during the sales process, capture and define requirements, and set proper expectations to ensure the successful implementation of the Ogury technology before and after going live with them.

We are looking for people who can understand the business and technical requirements of large publishers and translate that into actionable solutions, build automation tools, and then work across our different teams to make it happen. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record of customer-facing engineering support.

What You'll Do:

  • Build awareness and adoption of the company’s mobile web offering with publishers through calls, meetings and conferences.
  • Help the Publisher Development and Success teams in successful and smooth onboarding of prospects and existing clients assets.
  • Maintain the technical relationship with existing clients and help in upselling and adopting new products
  • Analysis and building of custom integrations
  • Evaluate fit of product features to customer needs
  • Engage with the company’s internal teams such as marketing, product and development to build a sustainable product
  • Assist the supply leadership team in identifying and prioritizing new features that help to scale the company’s mobile web solutions efficiently and fast
  • Handle sales and account team escalations and client escalations as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Rare combination of superb customer interaction abilities and comfortable solving complex technical use cases
  • Previous experience as Sales/Solution Engineer or consultant in a SaaS or AdTech industry
  • Experience with online advertising technologies including DFP, Header Bidding, prebid.js, and OpenRTB
  • Love technology and eagerness to learn
  • Experienced with Javascript, HTML, & CSS
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to interact, communicate and build relationships with all levels of an organization
