We are looking for a Senior Publisher Development Manager who will be responsible for growing our penetration with publishers in key verticals. This role reports to the Head of Publisher Development - APAC The Senior Publisher Development Manager is responsible for prospecting, vetting, and making initial contact with qualified publishers for the Publisher Development team.

This role is at the front lines to develop new business relationships, initiate conversations with monetization teams, and communicate the benefits of Ogury Publisher suite to those prospects. This is an exciting opportunity to be a driving force behind growing our reach in the US.

What you will be doing

Sourcing, developing and organizing leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects across multiple verticals and sizes of publishers
Completing a high volume of Email/LinkedIn outreach and successfully handle objections
Building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound calling and emailing to decision-makers
Close deals with top publishers per vertical and contribute to maximizing or exceeding revenue performance targets.
Work directly with the Solution Engineering team to ensure successful implementation of our solution.
Negotiate commercial terms and address contractual concerns to close agreements.
Work closely with the Publisher Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process and into a program of long-term development and nurturing

About you

2+ years of ad tech experience
Programmatic expertise and a deep understanding of the digital landscape
You are comfortable cold calling clients, writing tailored personal emails, and confident in front of the decision makers
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to position Ogury Publisher suite benefits and unique selling proposition to publishers
Strong track record of consistently meeting/exceeding new business and revenue targets
Detail orientated with strong negotiation skills
Passion and curiosity for mobile and digital advertising
Team player with a growth mindset and drive to win
