About the role:
Ogury’s publisher group is looking for a Senior Publisher Success Manager to service Ogury’s publisher partnerships within the APAC markets. This role reports to the Head of Publisher Development - APAC

The Publisher Success Manager plays a key role in ensuring the overall success of the company and is effectively the general manager of a defined book of business. This role is ultimately responsible for ensuring Ogury exceeds our Publisher’s expectations in delivering on our core value propositions: making them money and protecting their brand. This is a great opportunity to work with some of the top publishers and make an impact in a growing team!

What you will be doing

  • You will carefully measure and analyze the evolution of our Publishers' performance on a day to day basis and provide recommendations so as to build long-term partnerships.
  • Managing a portfolio of top Publishers. You will be tasked with providing a great service and creating opportunities to drive further revenues and partnerships with their other properties .
  • Provide end-to-end customer service for all client needs including regular performance reviews on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for top tier clients.
  • Develop a good understanding of technical aspects of our products to be able to onboard our Publishers successfully.
  • Work with stakeholders in the supply and product teams in order to prevent churn on our products.
  • Work directly with our internal technical teams and publisher’s technical team to ensure successful implementation.

About you

  • You have experience in managing publisher partnerships.
  • Proven capacity to develop and retain customer relationships. You will be commercial and have examples of upselling and growing customer accounts.
  • You are able to troubleshoot problems and have a solutions based approach with your clients.
  • You are an excellent communicator, you’re able to communicate and collaborate with different teams, from clients to technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of Internet advertising (account set up, inventory and tag management, click reconciliation, etc) and also programmatic is a must.
