Job Overview

Criteo is looking for a driven and talented Sales Strategy Partner with strong background in strategy and planning to join our Sales Strategy & Operation team. The Sales Strategy and Operations team is focused on using both data and qualitative insights to provide recommendations to drive go-to-market strategy and streamline sales processes for optimal business growth.

Within this team, you will primarily focus on partnering with the Commercial leadership team and Go-to-market strategy (“GTMS”) team to drive new initiatives and scale topline growth

Responsibilities

  • Establish and drive go-to-market strategy, in collaboration with Sales leadership and GTMS team

  • Drive initiatives to foster top-line growth, including the roll-out of new solutions

  • Drive Enterprise account planning process

  • Partner with Sales leadership team to build a pipeline of new business, in both direct and indirect channels

  • Define market coverage model, including sales channel, organizational structure and territory

  • Identify, make and execute on recommendations to improve sales productivity

  • Forecast revenue based on in-depth customer knowledge and data driven market intelligence

  • Drive operational rigour to achieve growth ambition

  • Establish a strong relationship with different cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Development, Partnerships) to drive outcomes and results

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Management Consulting, FP&A or Sales Strategy experience

  • Positive “can do” attitude and growth mindset

  • Self-starter; Ability to work autonomously, under pressure with keen attention to details and a high sense of prioritization

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact and influence decision-making processes at multiple levels

  • Advanced Analytical & Excel skills

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese

  • Experience in SaaS, Adtech or Martech companies is a strong plus
