About the Role…

As a Campaign Operations Specialist at Permutive, you’ll play an important role in building our business during an exciting growth period. You will join our Growth and Ops team and help with the campaigns and technology to enable effective marketing at Permutive.

We’re looking for someone who’s naturally curious, organised, and highly motivated to make an impact in our team.

What you’ll be doing…

Process

  • Ensure the correct implementation and delivery (campaign setting up, testing and monitoring) of all marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Ensure our marketing process documentation is always up to date

Marketing Technology

  • Provide technical troubleshooting to the wider marketing team and collaborating closely with suppliers to resolve any campaign or usability issues
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the teams tools and technology to act as a subject matter expert on the marketing tech stack
  • Help with the marketing technology stack planning and new tool evaluations

Data & Analytics

  • Assist with data cleanliness in the various systems, merging duplicate records, researching the causes of bugs in order to correct processes
  • Cleanse, improve and upload prospect lists from various campaigns
  • Provide support to the team with ad hoc analysis and/or the underlying data as needed (building smart lists and reports in Marketo & Salesforce).

You would be perfect for this role if you have…

  • Some experience in sales and/or marketing at a B2B tech company
  • Have willingness to learn new approaches and tools and have a natural curiosity
  • Passionate about improving customer experience and interested in process improvement
  • Basic HTML & CSS knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/ Google Sheets

We'd be particularly excited if you have one or more of the below…

  • Experience with marketing automation software and Salesforce
  • A Marketo certificate (Marketo Certified Associate (MCA) or Marketo Certified Expert (MCE))
  • A start up mentality and personality: you're mission driven, team-focused and not afraid to get stuck in

How we pay…

We take a structured, objective approach to salary-setting, which is based on market information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability as assessed through our interview process.

For a typical candidate with some commercial experience, plus most of our requirements we would likely pay £40,000 + bonus + options.

For a candidate with a breadth of experience, and who meets several of our bonus criteria, we'd pay up to £45,000 + bonus + options.
