Job Overview

Reporting to a Portfolio Director, managers work side-­by-­side with a client’s product, business and technical teams to develop a vision, define the technology which supports that vision, and prioritize the development necessary to achieve it. They directly manage projects from conception to production release, and are responsible for the ongoing success of the engagement post­production. Managers will also interface directly with internal project management, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure success on behalf of their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-­to­-day aspects of the client engagement­ including communication, prioritization, & risk management; includes project management and strategic responsibilities.
  • Work with the engineering organization on roadmap definition, development, delivery, and evolution
  • Manage delivery against the solution roadmap, including working with project management & engineering functions to define development milestones and track progress
  • Conduct ongoing solutions evaluations, technical opportunity assessments, and competitive analyses to ensure solutions are developed within the current business context
  • Support the development and contributions of the rest of the Client Services organization­ including direct management and general best practices sharing
  • Represent the client within the IPONWEB organization and the IPONWEB organization during all industry events and client visits

Person Specification:

  • 5-7 years of client facing experience, preferably in the ad technology space
  • Passion for learning a client’s business and meeting their problems with cutting-edge technology solutions
  • Possess superior communication, presentation, project management, problem solving, and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrable experience in understanding complex technical concepts and communicating these to a business audience
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams
  • Experience mentoring more junior team members
  • A high degree of self-motivation
  • A thirst for knowledge and learning new things
