Strategy Analyst - Business Analytics

Join our growing Business Analytics team reporting to the Director of AdRoll Business Analytics. You will join a team of business intelligence analysts, data scientists, and market research analysts and be responsible for interpreting and applying data related to the AdRoll business to derive strategic insights, and manage and enhance ongoing planning and reporting processes. You will partner with your peers in the Revenue Operations team and work closely with leaders across the business in product management, finance, marketing, and sales to conduct and deliver the analysis from which recommendations and conclusions are based. You will build models to predict business outcomes and design and manage executive-facing reports that deliver actionable insights based on your modeling and analysis.

This role is open in our San Francisco, New York, Salt Lake City offices, or Remote.

The impact you’ll make:

• Analyze financial, customer, product, and business operations data to derive insights, synthesize key findings, and formulate strategy options and recommendations.
• Embed with cross functional teams as the analytics thought leader and identify data, analysis, and modeling needs and coordinate their delivery.
• Lead key modules of strategy projects and orchestrate work streams.
• Create and deliver models that evaluate options and provide essential input to guide strategic planning and decision making across product planning and marketing & sales strategy.
• Aggregate data and analysis into presentations that communicate findings and make recommendations to senior management.

Skills you’ll bring:

• Highly motivated with strong critical thinking skills, keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• 3+ years of Management Consulting, Investment Banking, BizOps or a similar strategic modeling/planning function.
• 4 year bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), MBA a plus.
• Excellent spreadsheet skills and ability to build and interpret complex models to support strategic decision making.
• Excellent PowerPoint creation skills and experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Experience using SQL to retrieve data is a plus but not required.
