Office Assistant

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Madrid and ensure smooth daily operations of our HQ.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Supporting to the Workplace Manager
• Taking care of office safety and risk prevention procedures and making sure we comply with health and safety regulation
• Taking care of onboarding tasks for new Seedtaggers, such as preparing laptops and welcome materials
• Assisting with facility calendar coordination, administrative tasks and accounting
• Vendor management with our main HQ vendors, including catering and office supplies
• Overseeing facilities and managing office supplies
• Supporting with Inhouse Events and onboarding activities at the office
• Managing corporate travel system
• Attending the office phone and entrance
• Receiving guests and packages
• Day-to-day support tasks

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF

• Has at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and international environment
• Is fluent in Spanish and has a good level of English
• Is energetic, proactive and eager to work in a young dynamic environment
• Is organized, responsible, and has great problem solving skills
• Is a teamplayer who is hospitable, guest-oriented and has good communication skills
