The Finance Project Management Office mission is to support our Global Services organization by delivering big transversal projects and programs requiring cross functional and cross department coordination such as new ERP implementation, Merger & Acquisition, Global Services Transformation, etc. The Finance Project Manager role is an amazing opportunity to contribute to Criteo growth and Global Services transformation by managing transversal, strategic, operational and impactful projects.

The Finance Project Management Office has a very ambitious roadmap that includes Finance and Global Services wide exciting initiatives (Billing Tool implementation, Co-sourcing implementation, Finance transformation, payment means and methods implementation, Sales Tax tool implementation, ...), some of which you will directly manage.

What You will do

The Finance Project Manager will have the responsibility to drive strategic, transversal and operational projects from scoping to day-to-day management of the project and until successful delivery. It includes:

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, quality standards, and to the satisfaction of our internal clients while maximizing the business benefits
• Drive responsibilities across various Commercial, Finance and IT stakeholders to identify, track, manage and mitigate risks, issues, and obstacles
• Drive key decisions by defining and implementing key performance indicators and through timely and consistent reporting
• Drive and manage complex and transversal project portfolio roadmap (including resources and financials tracking) to determine which projects should be undertaken, why, when, and how
• Prepare and formalize estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
• Report on project success criteria results and metrics
• Ensure functional and technical end-to-end transversality for projects, data, processes, technology, and resources
• Ensure coordination across multiple teams and projects to understand dependencies, cumulative impacts and highest level of collaboration and alignment
• Ensure change management plans are developed, socialized, and consistently measured to deliver projects expected benefits and adoption
• Stays abreast of project management and change management trends and leading practices to enable strategic decisions
• Ensure project scoping and formalize the strategic and operational project recommendation and implementation plan with clear milestones, objectives, and timeline
• Ensure day-to-day management of the project and track progress against plan
• Work closely and create trusted relationship with project stakeholders and ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives among the project team
• Identify risks and manage issues that could arise and ensure proper monitoring and reporting to project Sponsor and key stakeholders
• Develop a clear and complete Adoption plan to monitor and support the performance post-go live, aligned to other streams.

Who you are

• Background :
• Business/management or engineering school
• 7+ years of successful experience in a strategy / management consulting firm or in a similar role in a fast-moving environment
  • Hard skills:
• Fluent English spoken and written (you will be working in English)
• Excellent Project management skills, organization and time management
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Solid knowledge of enterprise operational and financial processes
• Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills
