The Go-To-Market (GTM) team sits within Product and is responsible for creating the plan on how Criteo should engage with its customers to best convey Criteo’s unique value proposition and differentiation. The GTM team is one of the secret ingredients that gives Criteo a competitive advantage.

You are a key member of the GTM extended leadership team and will report to the VP, Global GTM. You will be responsible for spearheading the back-office implementation of Criteo’s product strategy and vision and ensuring a smooth and timely internal roll out for the systems and processes that support Criteo’s GTM plans.

You will collaborate, provide strategic vision and thought leadership across multiple functions (finance, IIT, legal, etc) to assess, recommend and enable Criteo’s GTM strategy in all internal procedures and systems.

To be successful, you will need to have or develop a strong understanding of how Criteo’s business operates; the company’s product vision and strategy; the organization’s back-office systems; and the ability to navigate a wide-variety of people to devise strategic and creative operational solutions.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who loves to identify obstacles and work with people to remove them, as well as has a keen understanding for the intricacies of corporate back-office operations. You are autonomous and focused on setting direction, following through, and making the necessary corrections to ensure roll-outs stay on track. You always create a positive and inclusive environment while influencing and holding people accountable for their contributions.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the rest of the GTM team to support the timely testing and roll-out of new products, capabilities, and features of Criteo’s Commerce Media Platform to our clients by ensuring the internal systems teams and tools are prepared as required
  • Provide thought leadership and collaborate with multiple functions to ensure back-office and enablement people, resources, procedures, and systems are in place to support Criteo’s GTM strategy. Functions include Finance, Legal, Internal IT, Product, Transformation, Commercial and Sales Operations
  • Drive alignment, engagement, and decision making on 18+ workstreams as they relate to product roll-outs including KPI tracking, SOX compliance, platform configuration for back-office systems, sales training, pipeline management, sales compensation, target setting & achievement, campaign management, commercial reporting, financial planning, forecasting and reporting, cost center management, tax structures, contracts, lead to cash, accounting, and internal change management
  • Create, maintain and drive adoption of Criteo’s product taxonomy which is utilized across the organization
  • Lead monthly operating and executive steering committees to report on operational implementation and escalation of key decisions

Who You Are

  • A strong individual contributor and well-balanced leader with a proven track record of managing cross-functional groups that don’t report into you
  • 10+ years of work experience working with diverse functions with demonstrated success in at least two of the following functions: Finance, Sales Operations, GTM and/or product
  • An exceptional communicator with the ability to take complex data and create easy-to-digest compelling messages for senior audiences with clear actions and next steps. Must have the ability to work across organizational boundaries to influence a broad range of stakeholders and teams
  • A proven ability to lead business process design and improvement initiatives and automate operational tasks. Must have a keen sense of prioritization when it comes to balancing short and long-term business impact activities
  • A collaborative team player that embraces change and thrives in fast paced, ambiguous environments
  • Highly motivated, results-driven
  • Strong technical skills, including an understanding of multiple back-office systems including CRM (Salesforce.com), planning (Anaplan), billing/accounting (SAP), SaaS production platforms, and sales enablement tools, etc.
  • MBA or similar relevant advanced degree is preferred
