As the Compensation Manager you will join our Total Rewards team reporting to our Sr. Director, Total Rewards and be responsible for our compensation programs and manage relationships across the organization. You will roll up your sleeves and work hands-on with our People Business Partner team and managers to implement our compensation review cycles, review job offers, and conduct compensation analyses, while simultaneously providing input into the strategic direction of our global Compensation strategy, philosophy, programs, policies, and initiatives. You will also partner closely with other members of the People team to educate the organization on Compensation at NextRoll.
This role is open in our San Francisco, New York, Salt Lake City offices, or remote.
