About the Role:

This role will primarily support the Finecast market & global sales teams on both day-to-day operations as well as quarterly & annual programs and projects. Key Projects include, but are not limited to, pipeline and forecasting management, business process mapping, embedding sales operations processes in new markets and improving existing business & CRM processes in mature markets. This role will also cross-functionally align across the Operations, Growth, and Product teams in the global team. Other responsibilities may include compiling, analysing, and reporting on sales data, evaluating, and predicting sales trends, improving existing data frameworks, and reducing manual tasks for the sales organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations Management: Serve as key business partner in all aspects of operations including, but not limited to, sales forecast management, pipeline management, sales performance in local markets and globally, and special projects.
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborating with Sales Management, Market leadership, and Finance to maintain, evolve, and strengthen Finecast sales pipeline forecasting processes.
  • Reporting & BI: Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in Looker, Power BI, & Salesforce to track Sales KPIs. Provide proactive insights to the global and local growth teams which can add value to decision making.
  • Process: Own the execution of key cross-functional initiatives – design solutions, manage timelines, partner on key decisions, issues and implementation, and documentation. Create detailed documentation including process flow diagrams on sales processes and business processes executed inside and outside of the CRM.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner to develop, optimise, and deliver change management for the organisation on Sales Processes/Methodology/Playbooks/TAM analysis & ICP development.
  • Business partnering: Partner with markets to drive cross collaboration and foster a sales operations community to share best practices, create alignment, and brainstorm continuous improvement ideas that reduce sales admin time and improve productivity.

The Essentials

  • Data Driven: The ability to deeply interrogate and manipulate data, the confidence and curiosity to understand the implications of the results, and the ability to recommend and present solutions to senior stakeholders that will have a positive impact on productivity.
  • System Savvy: Deep working knowledge of CRM (preferably Salesforce), including report/ dashboard creation and administration as well as exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills (i.e. sumifs, index/match, vlookup, & table formulas).
  • Strategic: Significant strategy, project management, budget management and business analysis skills as well as comfortable being hands-on and tactical, but equally able to operate at a strategic level.
  • Team-player: Proven ability of building (hiring & coaching) high performing teams and driving relationships with cross-functional business partners.

  • Operational experience in a high growth media or tech company with a focus in supporting a globally distributed sales team.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiar with using SQL queries to extract data from databases

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales/revenue operations or business/ commercial operations.
  • Strong data management and analytical abilities
