Job Overview

The Head of Regional leads the Finecast sales, client service and operations team for the Regions.
The role will report to either the Managing Partner or Managing Director (TBD) and will be responsible for revenue generation and client delivery across all regional campaigns, as well as day to day management of the team in Manchester.

  • Revenue & Commercial
  • Impeccable pipeline management – holding yourself and the team fully responsible – and accurate
  • Create and execute a successful regional commercial strategy.
  • Forecasting for GroupM / WPP submissions, weekly management updates and other communications regarding revenue.
  • Focus on generating new and diverse revenue streams, ensuring goals are achieved.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Supply teams to ensure bookings align with what can be delivered.
  • Work with senior key stakeholders to ensure that Finecast products are adopted across all clients, also that new initatives are built out and adopted.
  • Ensure agencies are receiving regular investment updates, to keep alignment between Finecast and GroupM.
  • Consult and evangelise
  • Clearly identify the top clients that Finecast should build deeper, stronger relationships with.
  • Educate and inspire clients regarding
  • Addressable TV propositions and products.
  • Participate at relevant industry events, forums, and panels.
  • Establish diverse and impactful senior level agency/brand relationships, and build a trusted ongoing partnership.
  • Help build and maintain compelling and relevant collateral pieces by liaising with the product team on proposition, features and KPIs.
  • Understand their needs and help them realise the translation of these requirements to the addressable space.
  • Lead the team to create case studies and proof points.
  • Leadership
  • Measure and review performance consistently; including regular appraisal and feedback.
  • Operate as a knowledge leader in the Addressable TV space and be able to explain complex business model, tools and concepts simply.
  • Assist in hands-on support for general team deliverables as required.
  • Inspire and oversee high-standards of behaviour and professionalism across the Team.
  • Be an active and engaged member of the UK Management Team.
  • Ensure alignment with central team across all functions and messaging.
  • Create accountability by developing appropriate goals and KPIs, and coordinating compensation and career development accordingly.
  • Recruitment, training and ongoing personal Development.
Candidate requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have deep and extensive experience in addressable tv or digital media sales and client servicing.
  • Goal Oriented – naturally motivated to reach goals
  • Leadership – easily move others to action by planning, motivating, organising and controlling work being done
  • You will be able to collaborate well internally and externally to drive projects to completion, communicate effectively to articulate ideas and vision, and manage multiple stakeholders in complex projects.
