MiQ seeks a Dynamic Creative Specialist with a proven track record as a developer/engineer and a desire to grow within a product role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a hybrid position, spending their time developing custom dynamic creative executions and working with product stakeholders to grow our dynamic creative offering as the needs of our clients and of the wider business evolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an internal expert on Dynamic Creative Optimisation, working with vendor teams and internal engineering teams to fortify and grow our DCO offering.
  • Responsible for leading and managing all facets of new and custom dynamic creative development projects.
  • Collaborate with product managers and executive stakeholders to conceive and implement planning and roadmaps for the company’s dynamic creative product offering.
  • Provide input and ideation for new dynamic creative offerings and products that scale across our current programmatic stack.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation and wiki portals with concise, plain English explanations of technical processes and solutions, encapsulating inputs and outputs for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Act as an internal technical point of consultation for queries around ad serving, ad ops, and other technical issues.

Technical Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with/exposure to:

  • Front End Fundamentals (semantic HTML5, modern CSS3 etc.)
  • Javascript/ES6 and an understanding of modern build tooling
  • Experience with basic functions of Microsoft Excel or similar (creating dynamic product feeds/store lists/look up tables to be used in creative materials)
  • Comfortable working with and extracting production ready assets from design files (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with web animation frameworks/authoring tools (GSAP, Three.js, Easel.js, Google Web Designer, Adobe Edge, Adobe Animate)
  • 'Good eye’ for UI/UX details

Ad Tech Exposure

While it is not necessary to have direct hands on experience with all of these specific platforms, the ideal candidate will have some form of experience with a programmatic ad serving stack and will understand how different platforms work.
