Our ambition in India means that we are building a new strong Dev &IT team to supplement our great software development organization and we need a multitalented HR professional to help us. We must find the right people and get them on board – but it is a rather unique role where you will be the glue of the organization and the owner and ambassador for our culture.
As Recruitment/HR Manager you will have an essential role in attracting talents and fostering Adform culture in Mumbai office. You will help Leaders keep one eye on the growth of our people and employee happiness while keeping the other on delivering strong performance and business results.

As a strong sparring partner for our leaders, you always strive to be helpful but also provide an inspiring and challenging voice to help ensure that recruitment and HR processes run smoothly and react to challenges rapidly. As our next Recruitment/HR Manager, it is important that you can balance both strategic and human-oriented approaches. We are seeking someone who feels that HR begins with strong business goals, but that those must be translated to meet the needs of the both the business and individuals for maximum adoption and impact.
One of the most important tasks for you in 2022 will be to help us ensure that we recruit and onboard highly motivated individuals who are a strong cultural fit for Adform and Mumbai team. We are looking for an HR/Recruitment professional who is ready to take care of Office management in Mumbai as well.
You will have a great team of colleagues supporting you on PeopleOperations, L&D, HRIS and communication – and we want you to feel part of the global HR team. You will get the chance to participate in global HR projects – depending on what competencies you bring or would like to grow further.

Your responsibilities

  • Drive the talent acquisition activities to ensure that Adform is effectively and efficiently sourcing and selecting the right candidates for open positions
  • Implement best practices to attract and retain key talent
  • Advocate and serve as a role model for our Adform culture, onboard new hires and ensure employees‘ integration
  • Take care of office management tasks and solve administrative questions by helping team members and managers in daily activities
  • Contribute to different HR projects globally
  • Be a super user and ambassador for AdLife (Sage People), our one stop hub for people related matters as we move to being a more data driven organization
  • Secure compliance to HR policies and processes and personal data handling in close collaboration with People Operations
  • Be fast to identify issues that may impact employee engagement and motivation and proactively support local leadership in finding and implementing solutions

Our expectations

  • A minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in Recruitment/HR
  • Ownership mindset and ability to establish self as „go to“ person
  • Experience working with personality assessment for recruitment and team development
  • Know how to collaborate with hiring managers on a daily basis in order to understand their needs
  • Experienced user of HRIS
  • Experience in managing employee engagement activities
