Outbrain is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to support Outbrain’s global stock plan administration. This is an exciting opportunity to work on equity compensation programs for a Nasdaq-listed tech company.
What you'll be doing:
You will be responsible for end-to-end administration of the Company’s international equity program, partnering with Finance, Tax, Payroll, Human Resources, Legal and third-party agents to ensure compliance with governing stock plan documents and internal processes and with state, federal and foreign regulations and securities laws
You will assist with various ad-hoc equity-related projects as needed
You will administer the daily activities daily activities related to stock administration including grant processing and approval
You will manage our relationship with Morgan Stanley E*trade including coordinating tasks to be performed by E*Trade in the equity administration process
You will support employees and business partners with equity related requests and questions
You will develop employee education campaign for Outbrain’s equity programs
You will manage any system integration projects related to equity
You will produce analyses to support other business functions in management decision making
You will support any additional ad hoc projects related to equity
You will assist with internal and external audit requests
What you'll need:
A strong background in Stock Administration
3-5 years of experience in a professional, fast-moving environment
Public company experience
CEP designation preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Experience with Shareworks equity administration system preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experience working with restricted stock awards
Ability to function in a highly collaborative environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must demonstrate attention to detail, analytical abilities and consistent follow-through, including project management skills
Ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including legal, HR, tax, payroll, and finance
