Responsibilities:
- You own the critical functions of Segmentation & Analytics Product within Zeotap’s CDP.
- You lead the strategy, road mapping, and prioritization for your component.
- You own the feature across the whole lifecycle from opportunity identification, through specification & development to adoption.
- You discover and identify client business problems, needs, and the larger business objective.
- You should evaluate the impact and value proposition for solving the need for the target client and find the best solution.
- You define and articulate what the success looks like and measure it.
- You should Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders (engineering, design, product marketing, product research) from both the business & technical side.
- You adhere to Zeotap’s company, privacy and information security policies and procedures.
- You collaborate effectively and be a leader in the overall success of the product(s).
- You complete all the awareness trainings assigned on time.
Requirements:
- Analytical/Data Science background. You worked with analytics, databases, dataflows, and tracking/merging/structuring/evaluating data.
- 3-5 yrs of experience in B2B SaaS companies. Good understanding of the goals of marketing department in B2B companies. The ability to evaluate and prioritize these goals and problems.
- Critical thinking - You are expected to understand the problems behind the requests of internal business stakeholders and clients. Distinguish a symptom from the core problem.
- Customer empathy - Being able to put yourself in customer’s shoes and understand the goals, user flows, jobs-to-be done and challenges from their point of view.
- Clear communicator and team player - The ability to communicate concisely and convincingly in a way that demonstrates clarity of underlying thought.
- Good experience working cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment is highly valued.
