Job Overview

We’re looking for a creative and entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Manager to join our high-performing team that has the freedom and autonomy to really get the job done.

We’ve been tasked with carving out Zeotap’s position as a market-leading Customer Data Platform and we’re consistently building smart new ways of getting there. We’re rare in the SaaS space as a united Marketing and Business Development team, and it gives us the opportunity to completely own the new business development journey.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be owning all Digital aspects of this effort, working with stakeholders across the business as well as the rest of our team to deliver high-performing, scalable activities fit for an Enterprise sales process in a post-COVID world. You’ll take ownership for your own budget to do so, and take accountability for making it perform.

This is an ideal fit for an entrepreneurial marketer who enjoys the mix of technical detail and creative thinking that Digital Marketing brings, and who’s looking for the opportunity to take ownership of their own function within a supportive team.

(Remote work is possible within Germany / Spain / Italy/ UK)

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance of the zeotap.com website, ensuring strong technical performance as well as optimizing for strong conversion rates (with assistance from an external development agency)
  • Own the SEO strategy, working closely with our Content Manager to align with the overall content strategy for the business
  • Own the PPC budget and strategy, implementing and optimizing your own campaigns to deliver quality leads
  • Own the email marketing strategy and lead nurture process, using Hubspot to deliver watertight communications that work in concert with our outbound efforts
  • Own Zeotap’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram)
  • Be the Marketing Automation expert of the team, taking responsibility for architecting how leads and prospects receive consistent and effective messaging across their multi-channel journey with Zeotap

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ of digital marketing experience (inc. 3+ years within a B2B environment), experience of working in the SaaS industry is a plus
  • Excellent copywriting skills in English
  • Experience in owning and optimizing websites
  • Experience in running an SEO programme
  • Experience in email marketing
  • Experience in running successful PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (Hubspot preferred)
  • Excellent project management skills and stakeholder management
  • Occasional international travel
