Job Overview

Reporting into the Regional GTM, EMEA Core Lead, Criteo is looking for a results-oriented Regional GTM based in our Paris, Munich, Barcelona or London office to look after Core Customer Go To Market Strategy in EMEA. You will play a highly visible role in executing our Core Regional Go-to-Market strategy for Criteo’s innovative Commerce Media Platform in EMEA.

This is a high impact, strategic global role that will own responsibility for GTM success for all Criteo Core Customers.

What you’ll do

  • Regionalize and customize GTM strategies by customer segment
  • Align with marketing on local marketing plan, translation requirements, create additional collateral (as required)
  • Support sales with regional RFP/Is for clients within their customer segment
  • Be Accountable for achieving goals of GTM launch regionally, aligning PMM-created docs for each phase of client pitch to close to their customer segment/region (Sell, Activate, Optimize, Retain framework)
  • Align with SSEO and/or Supply on local incentives, sales planning, etc.
  • Train sales teams & ops teams, provide product updates (as required), Lead Regional GTM & Sales sync
  • Prepare sales content and localize global sales content according to Core Customer Segment
  • Join sales on pitches as neutral solutions expert/evangelizer; Serve as ‘question asker’ to clients to gain insights on their needs;
  • QBR prep with AS & PSS
  • Collect feedback: Conduct sales & customer interviews, pre-sales prep with clients, QBR with clients
  • Share customer and market feedback with Global GTM, PMM, and PM on VoC & market dynamics
  • Iterate on positioning based on client engagement and/or feedback (data-driven iterations)
  • Have deep collaboration with PMM-Competition & PMM-Analyst regarding their market & customer segment
  • Find testers for product rollouts, testing new features, etc., as part of global GTM plan (in collaboration with Global GTM and Sales/SSEO)
  • Responsible for keeping regional stakeholders updated on process and progress of launches and solutions development beyond PMM newsletter
  • Build and share solution best practices for specific client type around​ solution(Sell, Activate, Optimize, Retain framework)
  • Run churn analysis for specific customer type & build plan/commercial framework to increase retention ratio in region
  • Performance Reporting Support – Making sure right reporting tools and metrics available
  • Collect business feature request and build business case ​to influence and inform product roadmap

Who You are:

  • Product savvy with a commercial-focused mentality
  • A self-starter who is ready to roll up your sleeves
  • Ability to think both big picture and detailed to deliver excellent and consistent global Go-to-Market program across a complex set of products
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to internal stakeholders and external parties at all levels
  • Experienced in audience-first platforms, digital advertising and adtech, first party data marketing and/or identity solutions
  • Ability to work cross-organizationally to align multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Highly collaborative work style, strong interpersonal & organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to distill complex information into easy-to-understand language for a variety of stakeholders
  • BA or BS in marketing, business or related field.
