Job Overview

We are in search of a Global Lead of Partnership Management reporting to the VP of Global Partnerships. This person will be based in Criteo’s office in Barcelona, Spain [with remote working opportunities]. The Global Lead of Partner Management will strategically and tactically drive revenue, capability building, adoption and customer deployment of Criteo’s partner integrations primarily with Customer Data Platforms. As a direct report to the VP Global Partnerships, you will have responsibility for recruiting and building the global team of Partner Managers as well as all the business and operational objectives of your Partner Management team.

As Global Lead of Partnership Management, you will lead a team that is responsible for the growth and development of Criteo’s partnerships. You’ll drive the creation and execution of strategies to achieve business goals and collaborate across your team to explore innovative ways to identify and optimize growth levers. You will be responsible for developing and managing our relationship with partners to include the Go-To-Market (GTM) plan. A key element of this role is to evangelize Criteo’s value proposition with our partners and facilitating the partner’s value proposition within Criteo. Further, you must effectively collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, legal, and operations as well as with and with external partners’ senior executives.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity; think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges; as well as earn trust with and influence others. A strong sense of ownership, drive to have an impact, and commercial instinct are musts. You will be results orientated, have exceptional organizational skills, strong project management discipline, show strong stakeholder engagement and show strategic thinking.

What will you be doing?

• Lead and manage the Partnership Management team
• Develop solutions and provide strategic perspectives around our partner management approach in support of our global partner engagement, planning process and portfolio strategy
• Coach the Partner Management team on continuing to ramp a strong co-selling discipline with CDPs as well as holistic partner management to ensure each partner has the training, collateral and incentives to position Criteo with its clients. This position carries revenue goals.
• Ensure best-in-class, methodical partner management rooted in KPIs and alignment with partners on opportunities of mutual interest
• Leverage industry knowledge to craft and drive both internal and external alignment on thoughtful strategies for forging partnerships between Criteo and its partners
• Pitch, negotiate and execute partner contracts

What do we NEED?

• 10+ years of partnerships experience; at least 5 years building and managing high-performing teams
• Experience (or a demonstrated ability) managing a team
• Sales and business value outcome orientation with strong problem-solving skills and acumen. Drives a culture of strong business execution and outcome orientation.
• Skilled at influencing others, both externally and internally; ability to work effectively and build consensus across matrixed functional groups to achieve goals.
• Broad and deep experience developing and executing partnership strategies to build innovative product experiences and go to market models
• Experience negotiating commercial deals with, including scaling such deals across multiple partners
• An operationally focused mindset, with an ability to lead teams through complex relationship management activities by setting a clear vision, and running tight processes
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders at various levels across multiple geographic regions
• High judgment, bias for action, and demonstrated ability to deliver results.
